It should be natural for everyone in the company to take initiatives, responsibility and make decisions. INGOT INVEST
We make long-term investments, primarily in Sweden, in smaller private companies which are profitable and with revenues of at least SEK 10 million.
We focus our investments in areas where INGOT can support portfolio companies with shared resources as well as benefit from synergies between the companies.
We typically invest SEK 5 – 50 million by acquiring shareholdings from founders or other shareholders who desire liquidity.
We are flexible regarding our ownership percentage but require a minimum level of 20% coupled with certain minority protection.
We work predominantly with equity capital but can complement this with leveraged capital if appropriate. If the transaction value exceeds SEK 100 million we are open to cooperating with other investment groups in a consortium.

INGOT CONSULTING
We help management to make the right decisions and priorities in challenging situations. We support the company in adapting the organization and implementing plans to achieve goals, such as increased profitability, sustainable growth, strategic partnerships, or improved sales culture.

We have many years experience investing in small and medium sized companies. We have over 50 years of combined operational experience in working with various businesses and challenges in different parts of the world. We complement each other in our way of working and thinking. We are also close friends.
Founder and Senior Partner of Eterna Invest. Chairma of Eterna's largest investment in Zacco A/S - the largest Nordic IP firm.
Founder of European Equity Partners (EEP) – technology and healthcare investments. Hans was responsible for investments such as: Packetfront, Prenax, and Transmode.
